Pecan Pie

This classic pecan pie is the perfect mix of salty and sweet. Simple to make, this decadent pie is ideal for the holiday season. 

3 eggs
½ teaspoon of salt
1 cup of dark corn syrup
⅔ cup of sugar
⅓ cup of melted butter
1 teaspoon Madame Sarah vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of flour
½ teaspoon of Madame Sarah ground cinnamon
1 cup of pecans
1 prepared crust

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Beat the eggs together, then mix in salt, dark corn syrup, flour, sugar, melted butter, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir until well combined. Add in the pecans, stir until mixed then pour into your prepared pie crust. Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until the middle is set. Let cool, then slice and serve.
